One thing you might not know about me is that I make and sell wooden puzzles as a hobby/small business. I make them using a scrollsaw, and either found/purchased or homemade puzzle patterns. Usually I sell these at the farmers’ market, but that’s been postponed this year because... you know... so my stock has been in storage. Recently, though, a lady who’s bought some things from me before decided to order a lion, elephant, and polar bear, so I dug these out of storage and they will soon be on their way to a new home!

Yeah, but then I would have to figure out some online payment method and it seems like it may or may not be worth it. Besides, I actually really enjoy interacting with the customer in person.

you should make a cow with the pieces roughly the shape of the different cuts of meat
and if you get ambitious go 3-d:

The trick with Etsy and ebay is to check and see if you can make money selling them at the prices they’re selling. My wife and I have done handmade goods sales before and I actually sell a bunch of stuff on ebay (tech and parted out bikes mostly) but it’s really hard to compete with handmade on those markets unless you have something really special.

No pe, just a regular blade, although I do use one with the little reverse teeth at the bottom so that the underside of the wood doesn’t get little wisps and splinters poking out. An omnidirectional blade just seems like it would be harder to use...

i used a spiral for a project couple years ago. ok if your piece is tricky to rotate, but doen’t make the smoothest cut.
